Note: If you don’t have a CEF browser, an HTML page will open that will redirect you to the correct link.
- Go to Intuit’s webpage to download the ‘Automated Password Reset tool.’ Click ‘Download’ and use this tool to reset your QuickBooks admin password for version 2008 through QuickBooks 2019.
- Enter the product’s license number and other business information you used when registering to QuickBooks and click ‘Next.’
Note: All the information you use to sign in to the reset password tool should match your system’s information, such as email address, contact number, and others. You might face issues when running this tool if this information is incorrect.
- Now, accept the license agreement, and it will download the automated password reset tool. If automatic download doesn’t work, click ‘Download now.’
