Following the pandemic, staying healthy and enjoying life is on everybody’s radar. So, when the opportunity arose to speak to Sam Tejada, a voice and entrepreneur in the health and wellness space, I was looking forward to getting some helpful hints. Sam is the President and Founder of Liquivida, which elevates the concept of purposeful wellness through services and treatments designed to “help people replenish, rehydrate, and revitalize through Nutrient IV therapy, medical aesthetics, hormone replacement therapy and weight loss solutions.”

Sam also recently wrote the book How to Win in Modern Wellness: Delivering Trackable Results for Impatient Consumers, which outlines the path to wellness for consumers seeking alternatives to conventional medicine. He appears on camera, either on television or online via YouTube and TikTok, also discussing how you can build your business, pursue your dreams, and live a more fulfilling life. He is a public speaker, focusing on health and wellness, the value of relationships, and the challenges of business and entrepreneurship. And he hosts the podcast, A Healthy Point of View, which combined with all the above further accelerates his journey to redefine the category.

Naturally, content of a health-themed nature has a mass appeal audience across all platforms. Post COVID, health authorities continue to entrust the media with essential health information, which is then relayed to the public. And, given the demise of two long-running health-themed daytime talk shows in 2022, The Dr. Oz Show and The Doctors, I thought of Sam Tejada’s mission in health and wellness as a new perspective for the category on camera.
